Website for a massage studio or day spa: what to include and what it costs

Which pages and booking features a massage studio, spa or salon website needs to turn visitors into booked treatments, and how fixed pricing applies.

A website for a massage studio or day spa needs to do one job well: help someone choose a treatment and book it in a couple of taps, on a phone. That means a clear treatment menu with prices, a booking step that is easy to find, and enough warmth and trust that a stranger is happy to book. A custom site from FluoSite costs €2,000-€4,000, fixed and agreed before work starts, with the first design within 3-4 days of kickoff.

The pages a treatment business needs

  • A home page that says what you offer, where you are and how to book, all above the fold.
  • A treatments page with clear names, durations and prices, grouped so people can compare.
  • An about or team page: clients want to know who will be touching them or caring for them.
  • A contact and location page with opening hours, a map and how to get there.
  • Reviews or testimonials placed near the booking button, not hidden on a separate page.

Booking features that matter

Most visitors to a treatment site decide fast, and often in the evening on their phone. If they have to call during opening hours or send an email and wait, many will simply book somewhere else. The aim is two clicks from the home page to getting in touch or reserving a slot.

We connect the site to the booking tool you already use, or help you pick one. Forms, booking, payments and CRM connections are part of the process automation we build, and they add a little to the project scope.

  • A visible booking button on every page, including on mobile.
  • Treatment choice before date, so the visitor knows what they are booking.
  • Confirmation that tells people what to expect and where to go.
  • A simple enquiry form for people with questions, such as gift vouchers or group bookings.

Mistakes that lose bookings

The treatment menu is a PDF or a photo. It is hard to read on a phone, it cannot be found by search engines, and it is out of date the moment your prices change. Put the menu on a real page.

Booking is buried. If the booking link sits in a footer or behind three menus, visitors miss it. Another common problem is a site that looks like every other spa: stock photos, vague wording and no sign of who you are. A template site rarely tells people why they should choose you.

Being found locally

Most clients search for something like a massage near them. Search engines can only send you customers if they can read your site, so we build clean structure, mobile-first pages and search-ready metadata into every project. Real text on real pages also helps when people ask AI assistants for a recommendation, because an assistant can only quote what it can read.

What it costs and how the tiers apply

Most FluoSite projects run €2,000-€4,000, fixed and agreed upfront. The Redesign and Essentials tier suits a focused first site or a rebuild of an existing one: core pages, mobile-first design, basic automation and tracking, and SEO basics. If you want the site to sell more actively, with a full custom build and deeper integrations, the scope and the number go up. Payment is 50% to start and 50% on completion, and the first month of maintenance is free.

You approve the structure before we add a single colour, and revisions continue until it is right, not for a fixed number of rounds. Ongoing hosting is typically a few euros a month, paid directly to the host. Domain registration and any paid booking platform you choose are separate costs that you control.

Questions to ask whoever builds it

  • Can I see the booking flow on a phone before we agree anything?
  • Will it connect to the booking tool I already use?
  • Who owns the domain and the site once it is live? It should be you.
  • Is the price fixed and agreed before work starts?

Questions we get asked

With FluoSite, most projects cost €2,000-€4,000, fixed and agreed before work starts. A focused site with core pages and basic booking automation sits at the lower end. More pages, integrations and custom flows push the number up.
