When Webflow is genuinely the right call
If you or someone on your team wants to actively build and iterate on the site yourselves inside a visual tool, Webflow is a reasonable choice, that's literally what it's for. Custom makes sense once you'd rather hand the building and maintaining to someone else entirely and just get a site that converts.
